The Key Account Manager is in charge of the overall account management of the nominated key client(s), coordinating with warehouse management and operation team to provide satisfied customer services to the client(s). He/she will also be responsible for the service KPIs and exceptions. On top of the account management, the Account Manager assists Account Director to expand sales with existing or new client. This position will have access to a range of confidential information and so will require the personal characteristics of discretion and integrity. Key Responsibilities： ?
