工作職責
* Deliver financial target in a sustainable way through channel network
management and cooperation as well as promoting product, solution and service
to end users.通過渠道網絡管理與協作，以及向終端用戶提供產品、解決方案和優質服務，實現財務指標的可持續達成。
* Deliver annual financial target. 達成年度財務指標。
* Independently manage and cooperate with Strategic Channel Partners (SCPs),
drive commercial policy as well as track business progress.獨立管理且與戰略渠道伙伴(SCPs)
合作，落實商務政策并跟進業務進展。
* Independently manage the network and relationship of Bayer Strategic
Retailers (BSRs) and serve mega growers.獨立管理拜耳戰略零售商(BSRs)網絡，并為大型種植者提供優質服務。
* Independently drive demand generation plan and execution. 獨立落實需求拉動工作的計劃與執行。
* Independently develop and drive business plan, forecast consumption
progress accurately in a timely manner, map out business upside and downside as
well as take proactive actions.獨立開發并落實商業計劃，及時、準確預測消耗進展，規劃業務機會和風險并主動采取行動。
* Manage individual T
