工作基本職能 / BASIC FUNCTION/PURPOSE 服從主管的工作安排，在規定時間內完成樣品的生產、測試、包裝、入庫、注塑等工作。 Comply with the supervisor's work arrangements and complete the production, testing, packaging, warehousing, and injection molding of samples within the specified time frame. ________________________________________ 主要職責 / ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 安全與合規 / Safety and Compliance ? 遵守公司安全要求，正確佩戴個人防護裝備（PPE），確保零事故安全操作。 Adhere to the company's safety requirements and correctly wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to achieve zero-accident safe operation. ? 維護工作現場的5S標準。 Maintain a 5S standard at the workplace. 生產與測試 / Production and Testing ? 根據樣品配方對原料配比要求進行稱量、混合等原料準備工作。 Weigh and mix raw materials according to sample formulas. ? 完成客戶樣品生產、試驗樣品生產及相應在線質量測試。 Complete the production of customer samples and trial samples, as well as corresponding online quality tests. ? 操作注塑機，達到時效性和合格率目標。 Operate injection molding machines to meet timeliness and pass rate targets. ? 有效記錄和反饋試驗過程和結果。 Record and feedback the trial process and results effectively. 加工技能 / Processing Skills ? 具備塑料擠出加工能力，對配色有一定的理解。 Possess the ability to perform plastic extrusion processing and have a basic understanding of color matching. 庫存管理 / Inventory Management ? 根據公司倉庫要求，進行領料及繳庫操作。 Follow the company's warehouse requirements for material requisition and warehousing operations. ? 管理實驗線貨架，避免料賬差異，保持貨架整潔有序。 Manage the experimental line shelves to avoid material account discrepancies and maintain neat and orderly shelves. 設備維護 / Equipment Maintenance ? 配合維護部門對實驗線設備做好預防性保養。 Assist the maintenance department in performing preventive maintenance on experimental line equipment. 其他任務 / Additional Tasks ? 根據用戶要求，協助取樣、制樣、后烘等任務。 Assist with sampling, sample preparation, and post-drying tasks as required by users. ? 服從主管的其他機動安排，能根據主管要求調整工作時間，包括加班、早中班和可能的夜班。 Be flexible with work schedules, including overtime, morning, afternoon, and possible night shifts, to complete production tasks as required by the supervisor. ________________________________________ 教育背景 / EDUCATION ? 高中（含高中）以上學歷。 High school diploma or equivalent required. ________________________________________ 核心技能與經驗 / CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES 技術技能 / Technical Skills ? 3年以上塑料擠出經驗，能夠熟練操作注塑機。 3 years of experience in plastic extrusion and proficiency in operating injection molding machines. ? 具備配色能力。 Color matching skills. ? 有工程塑料擠出和注塑操作經驗者優先。 Prior experience in engineering plastic extrusion and injection molding operations is preferred. 證書 / Certifications ? 叉車證。 Forklift certification required.
技術知識 / Technical Knowledge ? 對化工、材料有基本的安全意識和經驗。 Basic safety awareness and experience in chemicals and materials. ? 熟悉實驗室生產線（如雙螺桿擠出機）和注塑機的操作。 Knowledge and experience in operating laboratory production lines (e.g., twin-screw extruders) and injection molding machines. 工作績效與學習能力 / Performance and Learning ? 能夠以高效有效的方式滿足具有挑戰性的目標，及時生產出數量和質量都符合要求的樣品。 Ability to meet challenging goals efficiently and effectively, producing samples that meet both quantity and quality requirements. ? 愿意學習新事物和新方法，以達到更高的目標。 Willingness to learn new things and methods to achieve higher goals. 溝通與團隊合作 / Communication and Teamwork ? 與實驗室一線團隊及內部團隊（如研發、維護、銷售等）有基本的溝通能力。 Basic communication skills with laboratory frontline teams and internal teams such as R
