?? 工作職責 / Responsibilities
- 開發并維護俄羅斯及中亞市場的經銷商與客戶網絡
- 制定銷售計劃,完成銷售目標,擴大產品覆蓋率
- 對接本地電動車、電池渠道商,挖掘合作機會
- 跟蹤行業動態,提供市場反饋與競爭分析
- 與總部銷售與技術團隊協作,推動產品落地
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with local distributors and key clients in Russia and Central Asia
- Achieve sales targets and expand product penetration across the region
- Build strategic partnerships in the battery and electric mobility sectors
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Work closely with HQ sales and technical teams to ensure localized support
- 至少3年電池、電動車或相關能源產品銷售經驗
- 熟悉俄羅斯及中亞本地的電動兩輪/三輪車、電池或儲能市場
- 流利的英語溝通能力,能與總部協作無障礙
- 能接受出差,有獨立開拓和項目管理能力
- 有當地渠道資源者優先考慮
- Minimum 3 years of experience in battery, e-mobility, or related energy product sales
- Deep understanding of Russian's EV, battery, or storage market
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
- Willing to travel and capable of independent market development
- Existing distributor or customer network is a strong advantage
