2. 定期對市場營銷環境和競爭態勢進行信息收集和分析，并有計劃的拜訪重點渠道、類型客戶，了解問題和需求，提出應對建議，落實應對策略。

3. 負責總部各項營銷活動的有效實施，指導和監督區域活動的落地和執行，支持品牌美譽度和客戶滿意度的提升。
responsible for hq trade marketing events, steer and implement events, support the brand penetration and improvement of customer satisfaction.
4. 跟蹤、指導、監控各項活動的執行效率和活動效果；典型方案的分析、總結和分享，推動業務的整體發展。
steer and monitor and implementation of the events, collect feedback; best practice analysis and sharing to boost sales.
任職資格:
professional requirements 專業資質要求：
1. 本科及以上學歷，mba優先考慮.
bachelor's degree or above, mba preferred.
2. 至少2年以上市場或銷售管理經驗.
at least 2 years’ experience in marketing / sales function.
3. 有家電行業或者其他消費品行業從業經驗.
familiar with home appliance dustry is preferred, alternatively consumer goods industries, knowledge and experience.
4. 良好的溝通能力，且英語能基本溝通；辦公軟件熟練使用.
good communication skills, fluent in english, good ms offices skills.
5. 積極向上并且結果導向.
willing to learn and result oriented.
