博士以上學歷，精通正極、負極、電解液等鋰電池原材料研發工作。5年以上相關工作經驗，有成功項目成果

負責正極材料研發工作

(2)新一代電池研發工程師5-10人

崗位要求：

博士以上學歷，精通下一代鋰電池技術路線及化學體系的設計研發工作。5年以上相關工作經驗，有成功項目成果

工作職能：

負責下一代鋰電池電芯研發工作

(3)電池系統開發工程師5-10人

崗位要求：

碩士以上學歷，精通鋰電池系統結構設計、電氣設計、仿真設計等。5年以上相關工作經驗，有成功項目成果

工作職能：

負責電池包系統設計開發工作
