二、招聘崗位

校 本 部：藝術(shù)體操教師1名、花樣滑冰教師1名、籃球教師1名。

威海校區(qū)：網(wǎng)球教師1名、棒球教師1名、游泳教師1名。 

三、崗位職責(zé)

    1.承擔(dān)本科生與研究生的藝術(shù)體操、花樣滑冰、籃球等課程教學(xué)任務(wù)，并負(fù)責(zé)校隊(duì)日常訓(xùn)練與競(jìng)賽指導(dǎo)；

    2.積極組織和參與校園體育競(jìng)賽、表演及相關(guān)文化活動(dòng)，營(yíng)造濃厚的校園體育氛圍；

    3.組織、參與國(guó)際體育交流活動(dòng)，引進(jìn)并推廣先進(jìn)的體育教學(xué)理念與方法；

    4.完成學(xué)校安排的其他教學(xué)任務(wù)和公共服務(wù)工作。

四、基本要求

    1.遵守中國(guó)法律法規(guī)，尊重中國(guó)文化習(xí)俗，無(wú)犯罪記錄，身心健康，熱愛(ài)體育教育事業(yè)；

    2.具備流利的英語(yǔ)溝通能力，具備中文基礎(chǔ)者優(yōu)先考慮；

    3.碩士及以上學(xué)歷，體育教育、運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練、運(yùn)動(dòng)科學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)背景；

    4.持有所從事項(xiàng)目的國(guó)際認(rèn)可教師資格證書(shū)或教練資格；

    5.掌握先進(jìn)的教學(xué)與訓(xùn)練方法，具備良好的課程設(shè)計(jì)與因材施教能力；

    6.具備出色的溝通表達(dá)能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神與服務(wù)意識(shí)；

    7.年齡一般不超過(guò)35周歲，特別優(yōu)秀者可適當(dāng)放寬。

五、薪酬福利

III. Job Responsibilities

1. To undertake the teaching tasks of rhythmic gymnastics, figure skating, basketball and other courses for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as the daily training and competition guidance for school team;

2. Be able to actively organize and participate in campus sports competitions, performances, and related cultural activities to create a strong campus sports atmosphere;

3. Be able to organize and participate in international sports exchange activities, introduce and promote advanced concepts and methods of physical education teaching;

4. To complete other teaching tasks and public service duties assigned by the university.

IV. Basic Requirements

1. To comply with Chinese laws and regulations, respect Chinese cultural customs, have no criminal record, be physically and mentally healthy, and be passionate about physical education;

2. Fluent English communication skills are required. Those with a foundation in Chinese will be given priority;

3. Having Master's degree or above, with a background in physical education, sports training, sports science or related fields;

4. Holding an internationally recognized teaching qualification certificate or coaching qualification for the sports events or teaching project you are engaged in;

5. Mastering advanced teaching and training methods,have good ability for curriculum design and individualized teaching;

6. Having excellent communication and expression skills, teamwork spirit and service awareness;

7. The age is generally no more than 35 years old. For those who are exceptionally outstanding, the age requirement may be appropriately relaxed
