Job Description Job Summary * Responsible for variant/modification/innovation project * Responsible product improvement by problem solving skill * Work on cost reduction by ratio, benchmark * Focus on design change maturity, DRBFM/DfR experience is preferred * Collobration with other BOSCH TT location for internal project of activites with internal customers, suppliers and stakeholders * Alignment with PSO (product series owner ) for all the changes of product ？ Responsibility * Responsible for existing product/accessory modification /variant project * Work for the existing product and platform improvement * Sharp the changes for better customer experience * Create good idea and realization for cost development target * Escalate for the risk and problem * Work for innovation , if necessary drive the IFP project Qualifications * Bachelor degree or above. * At least 3 years related working experience. * Engineering background, problem solving skill, FMEA. DRBFM, DfR experience is preferred. * Good communication skill. * Good reading and writing in English * Could accept travel domestically or internationally.
