- 負責公司電池、電動出行類產品在巴西/哥倫比亞市場的銷售拓展與渠道管理;
- 建立和維護本地經銷商網絡,開發區域內重點客戶及合作伙伴;
- 跟蹤當地新能源、電動車、儲能等相關行業政策與市場動態,提出業務發展策略;
- 協調總部團隊,推進訂單、售后、產品培訓等本地化支持工作;
- 定期完成銷售目標,分析市場數據,提出改進建議。
- Take full ownership of business development in Brazil or Colombia for battery, energy, or e-mobility product lines;
- Develop and manage distribution channels and key local clients;
- Monitor regional policy, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize market strategies;
- Act as a communication bridge between HQ and the local market, ensuring efficient support and timely follow-up;
- Meet sales targets, deliver market insights, and support brand growth in the region.
- 本科及以上學歷,國際貿易、市場營銷、電力電子等相關專業優先;
- 具備3年以上拉美市場銷售或商務經驗,有電池、電動車、儲能、逆變器等行業背景優先;
- 葡萄牙語(巴西)或西班牙語(哥倫比亞)熟練,具備良好的英語溝通能力;
- 能接受出差/長期駐外,具備較強的客戶開拓與獨立工作能力;
- 熟悉跨文化溝通,有中資企業或國際公司背景優先考慮。
- Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade, marketing, electrical/energy engineering, or related majors;
- 3 years’ experience in Latin American market business development, preferably in battery, E- mobility, energy, or inverter sectors;
- Fluent in Portuguese (Brazil) or Spanish (Colombia), with solid English communication skills;
- Willing to travel or relocate; highly self-driven and target-oriented;
- Cross-cultural awareness; experience in Chinese or international companies is a plus.
